Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Sreenu Vaitla combo is back again with ‘Aagadu’. Produced by 14 Reels Entertainment, this action entertainer has Tamannah in the female lead and is hit the screens all over the world today. Let us see how this most awaited movie turns out to be.

Raja Narasinga Rao (Rajendra Prasad), impressed with a talent of a young kid (Shankar), adopts him as his child. Unfortunately, in a murder case this kid goes to jail and he studies in Boston school. He lands in Bukkapatnam as Encounter Shankar and fights the odd deeds of Damodhar (Sonu Sood).

But in due course, he comes to know that Damodhar is linked up with his flashback. How Damodhar is linked up with Shankar’s flashback and who is Saroja (Tamannah)? Rest of the story forms the crux of the story.

As usual, Mahesh gave a top notch performance as Encounter Shankar. He looked really handsome and fits perfectly as a police officer. The way he mouthed the punch dialogues are the major highlight. Milky beauty Tamannah gave the much needed glamour element to the movie as sweet shop owner.

Nassar who was seen in a new avatar has given superb performance. This film features a bunch of popular actors and all of them gave their best. The entertainment in first half keeps you laughing all the way. The one and only Brahamanandham give an entry in the second half and continue his comedy show. His episodes are brilliantly designed and provide you unlimited fun. Not to forget, Shruti Haasan’s special song, her dance moves with superstar make the fans go crazy.

Songs in the film are excellently shot and the dance moves are also composed superbly. Cameraman has to be credited has he showcased the locations beautifully. Present trend of punch dialogues are the biggest asset to this action entertainer. However, the film has enough entertainment; director Sreenu Vaitla could not carry the tempo in the second half. If you clearly observe, this film looks similar like most of his previous movies. The interval bang is just average.

Its Mahesh show all the way and definitely is a big feast for fans. All the performances, punch dialogues, entertainment makes this flick a blockbuster. ‘Agadu’ is Mahesh’s full meals with old pickle.
